Rent My Room in Brooklyn!

Looking for someone to take my room starting October 1st. Lease runs until July 1st. Rent is $825 a month, plus utilities (usually very cheap). Total move in is $1,050 (rent plus $225, which is for gas and water. It’s $300 year but I have taken $75 off for the three months I lived here). 

Room is a good size, can easily fit a full size bed, dresser, shelf, side table, etc. Has a deep closet and a fireplace mantel for extra storage. Apartment is located off the Montrose L, Flushing JM, Flushing G.
